Pool and Spa Servicing
A FAULTY PART (FROM THE FACTORY) PREVENTED IT FROM WORKING THE FIRST WEEK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM, AND THE REPLACEMENT PARTS WERE ON BACKORDER. THEY DID NOT NOTIFY US THAT THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM WHEN FIRST INSTALLED. HOWEVER, THEY DID OFFER US A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO A LOCAL POOL SUPPLY COMPANY TO COVER THE COST OF CHEMICALS TO KEEP THE POOL CLEAN UNTIL THEY COULD COME AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM. FOUR MONTHS LATER, IT IS WORKING JUST FINE AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PERFORMANCE.
