Prompt response to request for quote, professional and courteous, able to work in with our timetable. Great work, tiles gleam and grout looks like new. Carpets and sofa show a dramatic improvement. Small owner/operator company that offered personalized service at a competitive price. Don't be fooled by the marketing claims of the big chains, this company delivered on service and price. Will be using again.

Joe called me back the same day and scheduled me for cleaning 2 days later. He arrived on time and did a wonderful job cleaning my rugs. He cleaned up after himself and was extremely courteous. I would not hesitate to use him again for his services.

Joe and Linda were on time and ready to go. They helped move everything out of the way for the cleaning and were friendly and positive the entire time. The floors looked fantastic when they completed, and they pointed out any imperfections they noticed in the tile / grout while they were cleaning (not something us non-floor-cleaners usually observe to that degree). The price was great - better than three other estimates - and the results were amazing. Great company, great people.

Joe did an excellent job on my off-white carpet stairs that just happen to be the favorite resting place of my yellow labrador. I honestly didn't think that it was possible for them to look as good as they did when he was done... they looked brand new. Thank you!!

My experience with Pinnacle Peak Performance is both personal and professional. I own a home management company in Scottsdale and they are the go to people for all my clients carpet/tile/grout cleaning . I have used them for several years and they always do an outstanding job. They are punctual, professional and great to work with. My clients are always amazed at how great their carpets look after the job is done. In one case I had a client that had a small dog that soiled the carpets in many places. She was going to re-carpet and I convinced her to try Joe first. She did and was amazed that all the stains came out. She had tried other providers before that had not been able to remove the stains Another client had a tile floor that the grout had turned from light gray to black over the years. It was like that when they bought the house so they didn't even realize how dirty it was. I called Joe and asked him to come and assess it , he did and said he could clean it up. When the homeowner returned they was astounded at how the whole look of the flooring had changed. I would highly recommend Joe Walters and Pinnacle Peak Performance for even the most differcult carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning jobs

They quoted first, then scheduled the cleaning, arrived on time, stayed on the job start to finish. Husband and wife team. Did a fantastic job...we settled up and I asked them to send a reminder card to me regarding a cleaning in one year.

They were fine. They are good at doing carpet cleaning but I wasn't satisfied with the tile cleaning. They cleaned it fine but he polished it and I didn't ask him to polish it. I would advise anyone that you need to be very specific on what you want done and make sure they understand what you want done. The workers were fine. My grades reflect the carpet cleaning experience. They have been very responsive. I wouldn't use them in the future.

Excellent job, very courteous, friendly, personable and professional. However, I felt the price was quite high. I had the carpets cleaned by Sears previously for only $170.00. Would definitely hire because of high quality of work and their courteous and personable manner, but will not again because of high price. :(

Joe came exactly when he said he would. He did a great job and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra services, which I really appreciated. His price was excellent, and he does the work himself. He did a great job. He does tile, but not Saltillo, which we have, and very graciously provided me with information and recommendations regarding where we might go to get that done. He is definitely going to become our regular carpet cleaner!

JOE IS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL. OUR CARPETS AND FLOORS LOOK GREAT. HE IS ABLE TO GET EVEN THE TOUGHEST STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET. WE RECENTLY HAD HIM CLEAN AND SEAL OUR TRAVERTINE. THEY LOOK ALMOST NEW.
