She was awesome. She really went the extra mile for us. We had set up 3-4 realtors who were looking at homes for us when we were in Wisconsin. We had no idea who we were going to be meeting and that is when we met her. There were a lot of twists and turns while doing the transactions and she was on top of everything. She was really good. We came across her by chance. We were looking at the web for realtors in this area with a listing or something and she happened to have it; we are really glad we got her. When the seller sold the house the commission was paid by them; a part of it was paid to Ms. Roberts and another part to whoever they had. She was on the phone with us anytime of the day or night. The seller’s realtor was very hard to get hold of but she would just pound away; she kept calling. I would recommend her to anybody if I knew they were buying or selling. She is a hard worker and a go getter. She doesn’t let anything fall between the cracks. She is very professional and definitely works for the seller or buyer; in this case we were the buyer. She had a great rapport with the other realtors and was very professional with them too.
