Description of Work: Checked the state of my septic tank when another company told me it was cracked and roots were entering...it was not cracked and I did not have pay the extreme amount the other company wanted to fix the tank.

Description of Work: We tried to schedule a septic perc test but had great difficulty in communication. There were lags in response to email and phone calls or no response at all. Very frustrating. They sounded knowledgeable on the phone the first time we spoke & I was looking forward to working with them, but the lack of timely communication that followed made it maddening & ultimately, unfeasible. Had to go elsewhere.

 + -1 moreTom and Tony showed up on time, with a very clean truck! Kathy, who works in the office, kept me apprised of their arrival time. They went right to work to clean and pump our septic tank as we needed to do this because we have sold our home. After they were finished, they thoroughly raked up the area (dirt driveway), and also removed some baby palo verde trees. When I set up the appointment, they offered to pay for their service out of our escrow proceeds and took all of the escrow details to do this. We have always used Paradise Valley Septic over the many years we have lived in north Scottsdale and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Cleaned and pumped tank, and certified tank for selling home.

 + -1 moreA very good experience from the beginning to the end.The man that answered the phone (Dan) was friendly, professional and actually sounded happy that I called.We set a date and time for the truck to come out to pump our our septic tank. He called this morning tosay that the truck was on it's way. The driver that came (Lorenzo) was also friendly and professional. He found our septic tank ( we didn't even know where it was) and explained everything he was doing and taught us both a lot about our septic system as he worked.It cost a bit more than a normal pumpout would be because he had to locate the tank and then dig to find the riser.He cleaned out the tank and even shined a light in the tank to show us how there were some roots in there.Before he left, he gave us a plan for routine maintenence and a schedule for more regular pump outs.Nice people, good service.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY THOROUGH AND DETAILED. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, SHOWED UP ON TIME AND FIXED THE PROBLEMS THAT WERE GOING ON. THEY GAVE US AN INSPECTION/CERTIFICATION.
Description of Work: THEY CHECKED THE SEPTIC SYSTEM TO SEE IF IT NEEDED TO BE PUMPED - IT DID NOT, INSTALLED RISER AND REPLACED A HOSE AND TREATED FOR BACTERIA.

 + -1 moreTHEY REPLIED QUICKLY WHEN CALLED REGARDING OUR SEPTIC BACK UP. THEY WERE ABLE TO CLEAN IT OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER AND EVEN GAVE TIPS ON RESOLVING PROBLEMS FOR THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: THEY PUMPED SEPTIC TANK AND DID AN ACID TREATMENT. INCLUDES LABOR FOR DIGGING AND LOCATING PIT.
