Matt came out and showed me their products. He was helpful and polite. We were able to schedule the job quickly. The installation team was prompt and did a great job. However, a question arose during the installation process. I needed brick layed between the turf and the rest of my yard. Bobby the lead installer recommended that they leave that edge undone until the bricks were installed and then he would come back and finish the edge. He had to call the owner Charlie for clearance. Apparently Charlie wasn't too happy about doing that and wanted to charge me extra to come back out. He was rude, obnoxious, foul mouthed and overall disrepectful. I was not the one recommending this, his installer was. Why would I not listen to his installation crew. The crew finished the job that day, and I installed the bricks. So far so good. I would have been happy to use this company again for more projects, but after the poor customer service from the owner I will not. I even gave him an opportunity to apologize for his actions before writing this review. It is too bad because his crew was great, but I will not work with someone that is so disrespectful.

Bobby called me directly to find out a cost to tell you for coming back and finish the install post new curbing installed by the homeowner. Unfortunately we can not leave the property with drive time and coming back to finish another time without a cost incurred. Unfortunately with our employees we have labor, drive time, fuel etc to cover for this extra time and could not do it for free which is what you wanted and unfortunately I could not do when we already are at such a slim margin to begin with on the size installation and location of the installation. We could have also installed the bricks for a cost as well. I am sorry again and I know you wanted us to do it for free or come back at no cost but I unfortunately could not do that. The cost was $200 max. I do remember you being upset and you feeling we should simply do it for free or at no cost. I again apologize if I came off like you described."

It was a pleasure to work with the team and they completed the project on time. I am especially excited about how natural the grass looks and the great warranty that Paradise Greens offers. They also only offer USA made turf which is important as I have heard many horror stories about foreign turf. They arrived at 7 in the morning and they were gone by 2. The gentleman's name was Chris Loi. They were no unexpected issues. They were in and out and did a great job. We had a lake in the center of the lawn and they repaired and fixed it and our daughter said that the lawn was excellent. They were the best with price. They were on time and in fact, they were early.

Met with Landon to discuss design, layout and price. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to understand our goal and budget. We met with 2 other companies but Paradise Greens was the clear choice with Landon's expertise, the quality of materials they use <American Made>, and the amount of labor that goes into this. I half considered attempting this on my own but this is not a DIY project. Ok so the job was scheduled to start wednesday. He asked if his crew could start the friday before to do demo. The crew came and my old scrubby lawn was gone in about an hour. Amazing. Then wednesday they were back early in the morning to get going. This was a crew of 8 guys I think. They worked quick and clean and were respectful of our home. This was an all day job of grading, tamping, more grading more tamping tons of sand. The layout was thoughtful so the yards weren't pancake flat but had ebbs and flows like real lawns. Our old irrigation system was 'retired' and capped off. I thought maybe I'd keep it and use water to cool the turf down in summer but Landon talked me out of that in case of pipe rupture as I do have large pines in the both yards. They finished the front yard in a few hours and spent the rest of the day on the back yard. A ton of work goes into a green. The design was about 15 x 15 ft with 4 cups. There are very subtle yet challenging breaks on the green. The putting experience feels just like a real green. Putting is fast but true, very entertaining. We had guests in town for ThxGiving and everyone used it multiple times. I'm very satisfied with Landon and his crew. The did an excellent job and i would recommend them highly. Not having to mow a lawn is heaven. Having a lawn that looks like i just mowed it is priceless. Bye Bye water bills.

Under measured or under ordered the correct amount of material. Had to return to take corrective action after issue was brought to their attention. Ultimately took ownership of problem and fixed.

Met with Chris ( one of the owners ) and received an estimate for what I wanted done. I also rec'd two other estimates from companies on Angie's list. Paradise Greens was the highest est. of all three but, I was very impressed by Chris, his knowledge and professionalism was excellent. He even helped with other ideas for my yard. His ideas on installing the turf and the way it should and will look added a whole lot to the final appearance. I was quoted a 3 - 4 week lead time for install. The job took 1 day and was completed two weeks early. My only complaint was Chris told me he would be present for the install, he did not appear or call and I have not heard from him since. After 2-3 weeks install and a couple of good monsoon downpours everything is excellent.

Chris came out and gave us a quote for front and backyard lawn installation.
Compared the quote with two other artificial turf companies and Paradise Greens came out on top by being $2000 less.
It's not about price though. The other companies didn't use American made materials and the quality of the samples were noticeably different in sight and touch, even though the competitors stated it was "the same stuff"
When it was all said and done, I called Chris back a few months later and we decided to get the back done to replace sod in a 570 sq ft. kidney shape area.
Approximately two weeks later (they were super busy) the installation team showed up as scheduled and banged everything out in 5-6 hours. This includes removing and disposing of the existing (dead) sod. This also included meticulous installation steps as they prepped out the materials. I've watched DIY videos on turf installation and those videos make it look easy. In reality, it took a team of 5 or 6 guys working as a team to make sure each step got done perfectly.
The grass was installed in March, and I'm writing this in June. The grass holds up great to the winds and sun. Our landscapers blow the leaves off of it and I can sweep it with a push broom. The color holds up great and you can walk on it barefoot on a 100+ degree day, I know this because I had to run across it barefoot to catch my toddler doing something she wasn't supposed to be doing.
When I can come up with a nice design for my front yard, I'm calling Chris and his team back to do the front installation as well.
Great quality materials, great price per sq. ft, great people.
parting thoughts: I didn't get the cheapest grass, I got the one in the middle (i don't know what it's called) so when Chris brings the samples, you'll know what I mean. The cheapest is 'okay' but it looks like artificial grass. The middle on up samples look and feel like the real thing.

Quality of work seems good, however when it came to paying, they did not honor the 10% off discount from Angie's list. They said the quote given to us already had the 10% off. This had never been mentioned before during the quote or during the contract signing. I should have brought up the coupon before signing the contract, but thought that giving it to them with the last payment would be just as fine. Anyway, as we were discussing these issues with Chris ( the person who gave us the quote), he decided to call Charlie, the owner. And this was the worst part: I had never before dealt with someone ruder. He started by saying that the contract was already signed, threatening to ask the workers to leave my house before finishing the job, raising his voice...it was ugly. Very poor professionalism.

"I am at a loss for words with this reply. Unfortunately the customer was threatening not to pay Paradise Greens if we did not give her an additional 10% off the total price. Chris does an excellent job in being specific with specials and with our discounts offered. Whenever we set up a free estimate we always find out how the customer heard about us and make the notation on the appointment. Chris was fully aware that this customer is an Angie's List member. This particular customer was offered a greater discount to get the "deal" so to speak and Chris contracted this customer and wrote the contract agreement showing the discounted square foot price. Unfortunately per the customer, we did NOT show the retail price and the marked down discount price. Chris only wrote down the discounted price per square foot that they agreed upon when cutting the deposit check. When Chris came to collect final payment the customer refused to pay Chris unless Chris gave another 10% off the total. After the customer getting confrontational and making Chris uncomfortable, Chris called the office and brought Charlie into the conversation via speakerphone. From the speaker conversation we informed the customer that they received the lowest price we could offer on the artificial grass they chose. Customer was asked if they were happy with the grass and the installation of the grass and the answer was yes…but still demanded a further discount. Customer finally came to terms of payment was due as contracted and signed."

We are extremely pleased with the product provided and the work performed by Paradise Greens. We obtained samples of artificial grass from a few companies, and the grass provided by Paradise Greens seemed far superior to us in both look and texture to any other sample we received. I believe the sales person I dealt with was Chris, and he was extremely professional, always punctual and willing to answer any and all questions. After chosing to proceed with Paradise Turf scheduling was very easy. We were looking to complete this work in conjunction with a full yard landscaping and pool resurfacing, so we had a very narrow window of availablility to get the work done without interfering with the other workmen. Chris was very amenable to our complex scheduling situation and the work was performed quickly and efficiently exactly when we needed it by a very professional crew.
We are thrilled with the finished product and would highly recommend Paradise Greens to anyone looking for artificial grass.

The service was great. Very prompt, we had Landon out to measure and the grass was installed within the next week. The grass looks great and our dogs love it. It was not cheap, but none of the good artificial grass options are. Both my husband and I feel it was the best use of the money and the space. Definitely worth it.

When we had our backyard remodeled in June 2008, I contacted 6 companies for bids on the putting green part of the project. I gave everyone the same set of information to quote on and sent it to all with 30 minutes. Before I had even finished sending them, I received a call from Charlie at Paradise Greens(PG). He immediately gave me all the information asked for and a preliminary quote. I received only 2 more responses out of the remaining 5 and the PG quote was the best. Charlie was great to work with. He met us at a large home in PV that they were working on, so we could see his work. On the install date, the crew arrived on time and were very quick, clean and professional. The putting green and fringe was installed in a matter of hours. Five years later, it still looks great. We are so glad we did this. We were tired of dealing with grass in the front yard, so we had PG put in very real looking turf in the front. Again, a great experience. We figured that it paid for itself in 2 years. The yard always looks great and some people can't even tell it's fake. The front yard requires no maintenance. We have had the putting green rolled a few times to make it smooth and regain the speed. I have recommended Paradise Greens to several friends who also have been pleased with their work.

The company was excellent to work with. We had a lot of questions and some reservations aobut doing this. We visited their location many times and had them come out. We ended up with a backyard that exceeded our expecations.
