Description of Work: We ordered a slab of quartz for a curb that was to be designed/cut for our walk in shower remodel. I went to the showroom and met with Christina who was quite helpful the day I was there. I gave her the exact design/measurements that had been sketched by our contractor. She even made a copy of the paper to keep for the project. AND that seemed to be the end of the good experience! | |MY husband and contractor dealt with them the rest of the time. They cut the longer L-shaped piece of quartz as it was designed but messed up the smaller piece. They then proceeded to blame our contractor for the mess up even though they had the exact design on paper!!! TWICE they blamed him for the mistakes they made!! They then promised to have the new piece done the next day. It didn't get done until the following day, putting our remodel completion back another day! | |When the smaller piece was finally finished, it still was not the proper measurements, but we didn't want to deal with them anymore, so were able to make it work once caulked. They would not discount us for any of the issues throughout this process! | |I would not use this company again merely for the fact they you don't blame the customer for a mistake that your business clearly made!!!

 + -1 moreThe holidays are a tough time to try to get work done. I had a small job. I was very pleased that they fit me in. Maria, the owner, was very patient with me during my selection of a slab. Since it was a small job I didn't want to buy a full slab. There was nothing in the boneyard I liked. She also steered me away from marble since it is a guest bath and marble stains more readily than granite. I appreciated her advice. As the owner, she was aware of their upcoming slab orders and found a slab that worked and was able to sell me half of it. We then decided which part of the half slab to use. My sinks were delivered to Papagnos so they could match the openings exactly. They do not work off of templates. Their standards are exacting. While they are more expensive than most, I think the quality and workmanship supports the price. I will use them with the kitchen remodel coming up.
Description of Work: Replaced hall bath vanity top with granite and matching backsplash.

 + -1 moreI was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my experiences with Papagnos. Maria and Ari were very helpful with material selection and styling of my granite hearth. They came out to precisely measure all the critical dimensions and perfectly cut the granite to fit the fireplace exactly. The installation was done in no time and I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Papagnos for any marble or granite requirements. They use only state of the art CNC cutting and measuring equipment and have an enormous selection of granite and marble in stock!

 + 0 moreI decided to finally remodel my kitchen. Papagnos came highly recommended from my cabinet install company. From the beginning step Maria helped me pick up out my granite slab, she was attentive, fun to work with, and gave me a fair price for what I was getting- a beautiful piece of granite that was fabricated on the same site, total one stop shopping! This family run business is super knowledgeable, has super talented fabricators on site, and extremely detail oriented installers! Though kitchen remodels usually take longer than expected working with a good contractors always makes it worth the wait, and the money it cost to have it done right. Thanks Papagnos!
Description of Work: I had remodeled my kitchen and Papagnos Granite company came highly recommended from my cabinet install company. They fabricated and installed a beautiful granite piece of my choice and it all came out beautifully!

 + -1 moreEverything went great. Maria was a pleasure to work with and helped us select the granite. Her son came over and measured using a fancy piece of equipment that was spot on. They showed up on the install date and did a beautiful job. They came back a second time to finish up some backsplashes. Papagno's is a great company to deal with.
