THEY WERE COMPETITIVE IN THEIR BIDS. THEY WERE WILLING TO MEET AT THE PROJECT TO LOOK AT IT AND TO MEET AND REVIEW CURRENT OFFICE SPACE SITUATION. THE COMPANY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, NOT FORCEFUL IN THEIR IDEALS.
