DR did a great job, esp. dealing w/stubborn cracks in the stucco as best as anyone could (=patching & blending). 
DR is a 'one-man' operation (no crew) and, while maybe taking a day or two longer to complete, he does a careful and meticulous job -- two spray coats with Dunn & Edwards best exterior paint. His $estimate was actually the lowest of four we rec'd; BUT we primarily hired him because of his analysis of the job, his detailed explanation of what would be done,  his suggestions about 'trouble spots', and because we felt entirely confident and comfortable working with him. DR has had many years experience painting comm'l and resid'l in the greater PHX area: he is prompt, punctual and articulate; and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a real gentleman and a straight-shooter. We paid him his asking price and included a generous tip, which itself speaks to the quality of the job he did and our pleasure in dealing with him.

DAVE GAVE ME AN APPROXIMATE START DATE AND CALLED IN ADVANCE TO CONFIRM THE DATE. HE SHOW UP ON TIME EVERY DAY AND WORKED CLEANLY AND EFFICIENTLY. IT TOOK HIM A FEW DAYS TO DO THE COMPLETE JOB, AND THE RESULTS WERE EXCELLENT. THERE WAS NO DISRUPTION TO OUR HOMELIFE ROUTINE AT ALL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR OTHER JOBS. HE HAS PAINTED MOST OF THE HOUSES ON MY BLOCK. HIS PRICES WERE VERY GOOD COMPARED TO OTHER QUOTES I RECEIVED.
