carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreThere was area that needed to be treated from something from their cleaning brush. We were last call of the day, likely just something came off a dirty brush. But Tech refused, owner refused. Refused without trying, and without looking and would not return next morning to see the soppy areas still completely wet with 17 hours of a fan blowing on it. Now areas of rug drying stiff. Never happened before. Just think it was a bad day and Owner/manager pointed at us as challenge. Who needs that in a service vendor? Sadly, see another commercial review that mentions the same about lack of owner/manager professionalism (Oxi Fresh Prescott, same group mgr)
