Pete was very personal and professional..he had great planning ideas

I would highly recommend Pete and his company to anyone. The design consultation was great. Pete was very attentive to our needs and our budget, never pushed any upgrades or anything like that. Pete helped guide us to design a yard we would love and fit our budget. The project was completed in a timely and effective manner and we are absolutely in love with the results.

We were excited to hire Pete and his company. The professionalism in showing up, making the sale, job scheduling, workmanship of the workers, was a very pleasurable experience. Payment was divided into 3 equal payments, the last to be made upon completion. Here is the bad part... when Pete requested the final payment, the job was not complete due to one missing plant..... I made the payment... I still have NO plant. We have a couple other issues in the watering system, one plant that has died, and now we don't get texts or emails returned. This turned from a 5 star experience to a one star. Petes workers were fabulous. Petes design is amazing. My home hasn't looked this good in years. I just want the job completed and the small issues taken care of... I guess its good luck to me at this point... DONT MAKE FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL JOB IS 100% DONE, NOT 95%, OR I GUESS THATS WHAT YOU GET. This review would be quite different if the follow up and actual completion was accomplished. It has been almost a month, Pete did communicate that he was looking for the Yellow Bell plant in the beginning but now after a text and 2 emails, no reply. This is a professional company. They do professional work. They charge professional prices. We just want the job completed. August 24 was the last time we had any communication, its now September 13...

The entire team was involved. The owner, project manager and crew were all onsite and very professional. Pete followed up on all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The clean up was also excellent. My backyard looks wonderful. I am very pleased with the results and feel that that it was money well spent. They do amazing work and I highly recommend them!

What started off very positively ultimately ended up a zero. He wasted my time, strung me along by the nose with promises he never delivered and I wasted about 3 weeks with him. Had he contacted me and said no thanks it would have been fine but dont string me along for weeks with promises that never happen.

The entire team was involved. We saw the owner, our project manager and had a dedicated team for the entire job - we were their only customer for the duration.

The job started and completed on time. They cleaned up after themselves every night and after the job was completed. My yard is beautiful now! They do great work!

Brick work looks wonderful. Project was done on time. The team was very professional. Would recommend them for brick and grass projects.

We kept getting put off when we paid cash in full for additional work. Work still not done and was paid in full on 2/8/3020.

Pete was great and his guys did excellent work. They completely removed the landscaping in the front yard and put new plants along with rock and irrigation system in. It was done in 2 days. The neighbors have already commented about how nice it looks.

Great company to work with. On time, made requested changes promptly, very friendly.

Pedro, the owner, was very professional and high quality all the way through the project. He designed the backyard landscape and his guys did a great job installing it. Very happy with the project.

Pete and the team at Outdoorscapes were very helpful in navigating the process of getting our front and back yard landscaping project approved by the HOA and through underwriting with the mortgage company.

Peter does what he says he's going to do. They got started earlier than what was planned and finished earlier. I would definitely hire them again if I need something else done.

At first we had a slight communication problems about our project, once that was cleared up the project went smoothly. Daniel was our project foremen and Pete was our designer. I would like to commend both for being totally professional and exceeding our expectations. Our back yard now is better than any resort setting . Thank you for a job well done

AVOID this contractor. I provided a down payment of $150 for a 2D landscape design, which Pete Martinez quoted $300 in total. He came and measured my yard, developed an initial set of plans (rough draft) for a backyard landscape. Collected my down payment and was suppose to send me a revised plan per changes we discussed. He NEVER did. On Sept 23, 2019, he texted I will have your updates ready by Wednesday. I ve been out of town due to a family matter. So, I waited. On Oct 3, 2019, I sent a reminder that I was waiting for the updates plans. Pete responded via text: Hi Veronica! I apologize for the delay on your design and plans. I will have the updates to you for sure by tomorrow evening at the latest. Once you confirm your changes, I will deliver the plans. On Oct 6, 2019, I requested a refund. He responded: Hi Veronica... I sending updates by late tonight. I m out of town till tonight. On Oct 10, 2019, after I reached out to him once more on an ETA. Pete responded I promise I haven t forgotten about you Veronica. I have had major tech issues with my software crashing and ruining my laptop, that s been the biggest issue. I am receiving a new laptop today and FOR SURE sending everything over by today. It s Oct 16 and I still haven t received my plans or a refund of my $150. All I get is EXCUSES. Avoid this company.

Pete and his crew were easy to work with from beginning to end of the project. The work was done very well, on time, and on budget.

Pete and the owner of this company were amazing! We had a very unique situation that needed immediate attention and he came up with a few well thought out plans all computerized for us to decide. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time and well supervised. they went out of their way to help on a few issues that came up as well during the course of the work. Our yard looks really nice now. We highly recommend this company!

Very professional from initial call. I chose Outdoorscapes Design after having 4 other landscape companies come out and Outdoorscapesdesign were by far the best. Very professional, very friendly, no pressure and very modern ideas. Pete showed up with samples and unique ideas that other Landscapes failed to show. Pete also took the extra time to explain everything to me which was nice since I had some older irrigation equipment which he was able to use and also tested and made sure it was in good working order which I knew because of the upkeep so his honesty was proven. So nice not to have to worry. The crew showed up on time with very smart workers and very strong and transformed my back yard into something so beautiful I sent pictures to my x wife (were friends). Grass and sprinklers looking great and sprinklers working perfect. There were some broken sprinkler heads and he bought new ones and through thee in for no charge along with some older piping no charge also. Innovative river rock design to fix a water run off problem nobody else could fix for me. Time line was exactly as the original quote. I am trying to think of any downside and can't. After it was finished they checked in with me right away. I had a question on the timer and Pete had his foreman call and stop by within 10 min. He was in the area but I'm sure he would have showed within driving time regardless. I feel I had made a friend when it was complete as well as a landscape company I would use again and highly recomend. You should call right now. You won't be disappointed. Sincerely. Chris M

Great guy. Great company! Beautiful job on the backyard and he was able to do EVERYTHING from the fire pit, to the travertine, to the built in bbq, to the pergola, the turf. You name it they can do it.
