ON Q FINANCIAL

My mortgage banker was Eric Margolias. He was unbelievable at getting my loan done. He gave me loan service even when he was on vacation in New York. I needed a higher pre-qualification letter that day in order to secure a contract. Eric had it to me within 15 minutes. He deals through phone, email and text message (my preferred contact method). He was at the closing of my deal and helped it go smoothly. OnQ should be commended for hiring people like Eric.

First contact was very favorable. Then . . . in my estimation
OnQ staff did not keep promises to deliver information or decisions in a timely manner.
They were rigid in their manner and insensitive to my time and effort invested to do business with them
Underwriters of loans missed every deadline promised or necessary.
OnQ is poor, indirect and incomplete in its customer communications.
Most bureaucratic loan processing I have ever seen in a small company.
Provided ineffective customer representation denying my mortgage consultant to get decisions made.
They gave me no path to escalate complaints or issues. OnQ senior management refused to acknowledge my emails or my phone calls.
Finally, the company misstated its customer technology capabilities.

In my experience, OnQ's basic promise to consumers is a complete fiction:
"On Q Financial is dedicated to making mortgage experiences simple, quick, and easy"

I could never, never refer any mortgage applicant to OnQ Financial of Scottsdale, AZ
