Computer Repair
I was absolutely furious with them. I thought I was calling someone who was going to help me with my problem. I saw him working on it and then he said he wanted to offer a protection program for a year that would allow me to use their support team. You can also get 12 free questions answered. I told him it was ridiculous. He said to wait and he would talk to his supervisor. This was all over the computer, I wasn't talking to anyone but I know his tech number and his name. He said he could fix my problem and it's a one time pay for this. He said for $49 he would take care of all the problems on my computer. I was on with him for an hour and a half and I got nothing and he didn't fix my problem. I was so mad when I got through. I could tell from his typing that it wasn't the English we use, I think they were in India. I told him I had a problem and I didn't have time to fool with him anymore.
