No Drainer Water Purification Services

Our swimming pool had very high total dissolved solids, phosphates, calcium hardness, nitrates and was recommended for drain and replace. Instead we went for reverse osmosis water filtration to save as much of the water. Rus, the owner of No Drainer was quick to respond and gave a competitive price estimate. He was very professional, prompt, communicated before, during and after the process. He made sure he spoke with me after the filtration to look at the numbers after filtration as well as adjusted the pool chemicals after filtration for optimal state. He made himself available for questions and advice even days after the filtration to make sure everything was OK. Overall great service at great price by a proprietor who is passionate about his work. The process is great for water scarce places like Phoenix also. Told Rus I will recommend his services to my neighbors without hesitation.

They don't drain and refill. I am in touch with the owner that actually builds these reverse osmosis systems. They are in an enclosed trailer attached to a truck. They have big RO systems that are computerized and they put two hoses that one takes the water out through the RO system, then the other hose puts the water back into your pool clean. At no time is your pool empty. I told Russ to get on Angie's Lit to promote his business. He is a new company. He just got his trailer. He did an incredible job. He is such a nice guy. He is very professional and clean. He paid attention to making sure he put up the safety pole so that you wouldn't trip over the hoses. My pool water was just amazing afterwards. I have owned the house for 10 years, and it's the first time that I have ever cleaned that water. I never drained it. I had a lot of buildup in my pool. We tested it afterwards, and at the end of the day my pool was amazing. The price is based on how big the pool is. It varies from customer to customer. I was always very concerned about pool companies coming in and draining the pool because they want you to sign a waiver. I have a plastic pool and the potential to do damage is there. I am not willing to accept the risk. To me I felt very safe with the honor system, and I didn't have the big water bill associated with it. I liked that they didn't refill the pool with hard water that's here because it just puts solids in the pool. You get a lot of calcium with the hard water we have, and I would just be putting it back into the pool. I justify the expense for what it would cost me to fill my pool anyways. Ten thousand gallons of water is not very cheap and you have to pay somebody to drain it which is another couple of hundred. You can do this service anytime of the year, you don't have to do it in just the winter time. He was here on time. He was clean. He was very professional. He came at the end of the day and re-tested. He did assist me with the chemicals to establish my baseline which involved a little more of his time. He was very personable and you can tell that he has integrity. He did right by me pricing wise. He parked his trailer and had it running all day long, and then he takes off and goes to another job. He called me all day long to make sure that everything was operating correctly. I confirmed everything. He has an app that tells him how things are progressing. He can monitor things when he is not here. He had me do a visual check. He is definitely in touch. Afterwards, he answered any questions I had. I know if I have a questions about that pool water or the pool quality, he take the time and respond to me. He was here right on time. He called at the end of the day to tell me he would be right over. He was very considerate all along the way. We have established a strong relationship at this point. I love it when I make that find when I see a person that has that integrity and they are not ripping you off, and you feel absolute confidence in the quality in their workmanship as well as their pricing. I am elated. When he drives that trailer around, he has all of the advertising on it. I told him he needed to incorporate a picture of a pool on there because you don't really know what he is purifying. I would've liked to see a picture of a beautiful pool on the side of his trailer. Visuals are translatable, especially people that pass you driving on the road. That could help get him right off the ground. He wants to do this as a full time business. He is such a nice guy too. He is so quiet. He works to please. He's a people person. He is genuine and has a pleasantness to him. I think he is going to be very successful. He just needs that exposure. You are saving water, so he is a conservationists as well by saving Arizona water. I think that's a plus.
