+ -1 moreINITIALLY, THE SALES STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS. AFTER THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED HOWEVER, THINGS BECAME VERY DIFFICULT. THE HOUSE WAS FRAMED INCORRECTLY AND WE MADE THEM CORRECT THEIR ERRORS. THEY HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR FOLLOW UP, POOR RESPONSIVENESS, AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PASS THE BUCK AND DON'T PUT THINGS IN WRITING. THAT WAY THEY DON'T HAVE TO ADMIT ANY MISTAKES. WE WERE PROMISED SEVERAL THINGS THAT NEVER HAVE HAPPENED. THERE WERE FOUR DIFFERENT SUPERINTENDENTS ON THE JOB FROM START TO FINISH. THE OWNER NEVER RETURNED ANY PHONE CALLS. "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" IS DEFINITELY NOT THEIR MOTTO.
