FIRST OF ALL, THIS MEMBER WAS NEVER HOME. IN FACT, HE LEFT US THE HOUSE KEY SO HOW COULD HE SAY THAT NO ONE SHOWED UP WHEN HE WAS HARDLY PRESENT. SECONDLY, HE HAD A DANGEROUS DOG IN THE HOUSE WHICH HE CLAIMED WAS HARMLESS. OF COURSE, THAT WAS A LIE ALSO. THE DOG ATTACKED THE PLUMBER AND BIT HIM BADLY. HE MADE A SETTLEMENT WITH THE PLUMBER TO AVOID BEING SUED. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WITH THE BATHROOM PROJECT WAS GETTING THE HOMEOWNERS TO MAKE UP THEIR MIND WITHOUT CONSTANTLY CHANGING THE DIRECTION WE WERE GOING. AND FURTHERMORE, WE NEVER START A PROJECT WITHOUT COVERING THE ENTIRE AREA WITH PROTECTIVE PLASTIC NOR LEAVE A PROJECT WITHOUT MAKING SURE THAT IT IS SPOTLESS. WHAT I FIND INTERESTING IN ALL OF THIS, IS THE FACT THAT HE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED US TO THREE OTHER CLIENTS WHO BY THE WAY, LOVED OUR WORK AND HIRED US BACK YEARS LATER FOR ADDITIONAL WORK. SO, IN SUMMARY, HERE IS A SAD CASE OF A VERY LONELY MAN WHO HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO WITH HIS ENERGY. HE IS A MISERABLE MAN OBVIOUSLY AND IS TAKING IT OUT ON SOMEONE ELSE. ALSO, IF HE HAD GUTS, HE WOULD CALL US AND EXPRESS HIS DISAPPOINTMENT. ON THE CONTRARY, HE EXPRESSED ONLY GRATITUDE. WE ACTUALLY CONTACTED HIM REGARDING HIS COMPLAINT AND HE WAS SPEECHLESS AND SCARED. WE STAND BY OUR WORK. WE WORK ON MULTI MILLION DOLLAR PROJECTS. OUR REPUTATION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US. WE DID NOT RESPOND TO HIS ACCUSATIONS BECAUSE WE FELT IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. HOWEVER, AFTER REALIZING THAT ANYONE CAN MAKE SUCH FALSE ACCUSATIONS AND GET AWAY WITH IT, WE HAVE CONCLUDED THAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS SHOULD BE STOPPED. THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH SUCH LIES. AND HE WILL BE HEARING FROM OUR LAWYER.
