This could not have been better. With less than perfect credit and an ARM about to go up by 3%, another lender offered to refinance our home with a 30 year fixed rate mortgage at a decent rate. However, they demanded 2.5 points (over $9,000) to do this, and told me at least 3 times that this was not negotiable. Luckily for me, Kim's office is two doors from mine. When she looked at what the other lender was offering, she immediately said it was just crazy. I sat in her office for about 45 minutes & answered some questions, after which she looked up & told me that we were approved at a better interest rate with absolutely no points. (When I told this to the other lender, they offered to drop those nonnegotiable points.) There was also less paperwork required. She gave me a list of about 6 simple items. 10 days later we signed our loan docs. I could not recommend this company more highly for their professionalism, integrity & caring about their clients.
