 + -1 more1998 it was great, great price, beautiful job, any problems were taken care of Address was 9855 E Hidden Green dr., Scottsdale I have another home now and in 2012 called them Jeff Mossman has a rep now taking the calls, I needs new Pool interior rep promised to come out to house 2 conversations with him. Never heard from them again. I have not had the work done and will still look For a company. However 2 calls no help not good.
Description of Work: Needed estimate for new pool interior. Sales rep confirmed he would be at home twice never came or gave estimate. In 1998 Mossman Installed new pool, water feature, spa in Troon North did a great job and great price then. I guess they got too big. Lost my business.

 + -1 moreThe salespeople were very knowledgeable and professional during the sales process/negotiations. However, once the work started we found the communication and follow-through to be very poor. The overall quality of some of the work (tile, stonework) was average. But the biggest reason for giving them an overall rating of a D is due to the fact that we have been trying to have a tech come out to fix our pool pump and it's been over a week since we made this request. Still no response from Mossman despite our follow-up. Very, very poor customer service.
Description of Work: We contracted with Mossman Bros. to renovate our existing pool.
