the remodel looks very upscale and elegant. John met the budget, was on time, and most importantly communicated very well and is very trustworthy. John was on top of the project and provided many ideas and creative solutions to challenges.

Project involved demo of 2 full baths and construction of new ones. Vanities, tile shower (in master) and tub /tile (in guest), full height (6') window in shower were demo'd. Various sub's for project performed demo, masonry, plumbing, cabinetry, tile setting, carpentry, spackling,,painting, glazing, granite, tile sealing and cleaning. Owner of Moss Custom Homes initially created schedule of work to be performed to finish by client deadline. He was on site virtually every day to greet workers, discuss aspects of their particular job and maintain constant communication with client. He evidenced knowledge of all trades,materials and construction techniques used on this project Project was finished before deadline, cost was amount initially agreed to and client is very pleased with final product.

We met with John, the designers, and the appliance sales people. John put together a proposal that we loved. John created a 10 week schedule. Everything was done on time. We moved back into the house on schedule. The subcontractors were professional, clean, and did their work well. John inspected all work daily. Anything that did not meet his expectations or our expectations was corrected. Our kitchen has angles in the walls and cabinets that were a challenge in designing new cabinets. That gave the designers opportunity to suggest things that made the final result so enjoyable. A new skylight was created over the center island. The cabinets, kitchen and utility room sinks, new LED lights in the kitchen, bathroom, and utility room and new plumbing in the kitchen and utility room were installed. Under cabinet lighting was installed in the kitchen. The appliances were installed with some modifications that John had originally told us would be necessary. About 1800 square feet of old tile was removed. The cement floor was leveled and patched. New tile was installed. Most of the ceilings and walls in the house were painted to match what was originally there. The French doors between the master bedroom and the back patio were replaced. New drainage was laid between the backyard and the street. We are happy with all of the work that was done. It was a pleasure working with John.

John exceeded all of our expectations and we would immediately turn to him if we were to have any additional renovation needs. This company is full service -- from creating the design to following through in making it exactly as it was planned. The owners care and hard work made this huge renovations go smoothly. The most amazing thing is that during the entire renovation we where away in Italy. John was perfectly capable of communicating with us throughout the entire time reassuring us that everything was going smooth. When we came back we where blown away by the results and ‎of how professional and more importantly, trustworthy Moss Custom Home is...... Amazing!
