MISTAMERICA CORP

I had MistAmerica install a misting system over our back patio on August 6. It worked for about three days—then stopped completely. I called for service and was told it would be a week before anyone could come out. When the technician arrived, he removed the filters from the mist heads but didn’t offer a real fix. I asked for a couple of replacement mist heads and was charged $21 each, which felt excessive given the system wasn’t functioning properly. The experience was disappointing from start to finish. Poor follow-up, questionable service quality, and no accountability. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want a reliable system and professional support.

The employees at Mist America are awesome. From start to finish everything went exactly as Harold Porter, Sales Rep for Mist America explained it would. We shopped other Misting companies before going with Mist America and Mist America gave the most value for the money. Their installation crew is excellent, clean installation, spotless work area when finished. I would highly recommend Mist America to anyone interested in a High Pressure Mist system.

Even before the work was done, we could not seem to get MistAmerica to call us back. The misters look fine; however, more than half of them do not work. We made numerous phone calls to them asking for someone to come out and fix or service the system and have had a horrible time getting a call back. Their customer service is terrible and we are extremely displeased with the overall experience. We would not purchase a system from them again.

CAME OUT AND GAVE US BID. QUALITY SYSTEM, USED AT MOST LOCAL RESTAURANTS. JOB COMPLETED AS PROMISED. NEEDED TO COME OUT LATER TO ADDRESS SMALL PROBLEM AND RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO PHONE CALL AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. VERY COMPETITIVE PRICE FOR QUALITY OF SYSTEM. VERY PLEASED.
