Jay Giesbrecht came to my site, took measurements, listened to my desires and ideas and prepared a quotation on the spot. He had samples of various surfaces with him and made recommendations for colors that worked well together. He was very helpful and answered all my questions plus invited me to follow up by email or telephone should anything occur to me later. I did have some questions and he was very prompt in getting back to me. Jay's product is made of nylon and does not require an "infill," usually sand. I decided to go with a company that uses polypropylene for its putting surfaces. Nylon is more expensive than poly, but price was not the deciding factor in selecting the poly infill surface; I simply liked it better. If I were going to select nylon, I can't think of a better company than Jay's. He was that helpful and professional.
