METRO WEST APPRAISAL

He showed up on time. However asked if we had comps to give him, wanted a previous copy of the prior appraisal we had done so he wouldn't have to measure (the one we had was from the time the home was built). I gave him a list of all the improvements and upgrades. None were noted in the appraisal. He took multiple pictures but most were 2/3 the floor and one wasn't even our home. On the comparables he marked the same lot size footage of our home on two of them and used a significantly smaller home (one less bedroom) that backed to major road and extensive power lines. Our home has an expansize, private backyard and this doesn't even compare. The only home that was correct was the home I gave him as a comparable...like for like. When questioned and refuted he took out the incorrect picture, changed the square footage and refused to make adjustments for his mulitple mistakes. I would make sure you do not use METRO WEST APPRAISALS or ERIK NORDSTROM for your appraisal needs.
