MAZON'S AIR CONDITIONING HTNG

Mazons has performed mechanical work on all my rental units for years without issue. I called him to replace a water heater in a rental condo so he went to check it out and advised me that the job was too big for him to do so I asked him if he could text me the model and number while he was there so I can find someone else to do the job. Very surprisingly to me he proceeded to curse me out calling me very vulgar names (names so bad I can't even repeat on a public web site) and said he's not doing anything for me for free, I never asked him to do anything for me for free. I was shocked by this behavior because I never got second opinions, always trusted him and gave him the work without negotiation. I understand that someone may have a bad day but geeze this was like flipped out freak show and I was stunned. I'll never call on this company again for anything.

We have used them throughout the years and they are familiar with the house. Therefore they are very good and bring things to our attention that need to be corrected. Not to make money but just because they are so attentive and reliable. I am very pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone.
