Very well, the surgeon was excellent and the procedure went flawlessly. I am now fully recovered and I think everyone was very helpful. This was done in 2015. Nothing since then.

She had her eyes done at separate times, and the entire office is top notch. Everything is exceptional there. He's very busy, so there are times where you can't just walk in because he is in high demand.

Everything there is an A. They're very friendly and efficient. You get your results immediately. You get appointments right when you need them.

It went very well. He is very thorough.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always on time and we have never had to wait in four years.

Mayo Clinic Scottsdale have great reputation, it is very professional, they did a very thorough review of my hearing.

She is down-to-earth and speaks at a normal level, not a lot of technical terms.

Dr. Heigh has a fantastic personality and communicates very well.  I went to see him for GI problems.  He diagnosed me and his treatments helped a lot!  I would most definately recommend Dr. Heigh to anyone who is having gastrointestinal issues.

Dr. Swanson is an excelent doctor with the Mayo Clinic who specializes in dermatology.  He is very thorough and extrememly smart!  He has a confident manner and has a great personality.  I would recommend Dr. Swanson to anyone who needs a superior dermatologist.

I've been to many doctors over the years but have never had such a great experience that I had at both Mayo Clinics.

They have a hospital in Phoenix, and a clinic in Scottsdale. One of the reasons that I moved here, was because they are here. They could use a lot of help administratively, but I like the doctors. They are very qualified. I have been going to them for 15 years. I have had 3 cancers and I am a heart patient. Their hospital is rated number 1 in Arizona. Once you are a patient, the availability is better than if you are new. They are pretty good about punctuality compared to most others.

It was a very nice experience. I was very impressed. They were very professional.

I guess that because the chest X-ray did not show anything new and my husband's blood work was "normal", and they didn't order any new tests to be done, the diagnosis was missed altogether and it shouldn't have been missed. My husband's symptoms continued and became worse before we finally had a second CT of the chest done. Mayo is usually good at finding things that other physicians miss, but this time they didn't do enough to find out the why my husband was having the pain and other symptoms that he had been having for over 5 months.

Very punctual. Everyone used my last name : Ms.. or Mr.... Mayo Clinic has timing and how to process thru all the offices down pat. Very little waiting time, nurse must have spent at least 15 minutes with me and the physician spent at least 30. Very thorough exam

This is the best hospital I have ever been to. It is super clean and very well organized. If my appointment is at 9am, they call me in at 9am, no waiting. Finally, a hospital that recognizes that my time is valuable as well. Every visit and procedure I have had at the Mayo Clinic went much better than I ever would have expected. The doctors are trustworthy and friendly. I feel like I am always in good hands at the Mayo Clinic.

The Mayo Clinic is run like a machine. It is awesome. The doctors coordinate with each other beautifully and it is all done electronically. They coordinate all of their appointments and the scheduling is superior. I cannot say enough about how great they are. It is the best place to go if you need a new physician.

Fine...hardly any scar, but right afterwards it was quite noticeable.

Dr. Draz is an excellent physician. He just exudes wisdom and competence. He is very personable, and reassuring when it is appropriate, but thorough, and careful to address the issues that I feel were important for me, even if they might not be medically serious or concerning. He is careful not to over-prescribe medications. He has a very healthy bias against unnecessary and potentially problem-causing medicines and procedures. I think he strikes an excellent balance between providing the best of modern medicine, but not over-doing it, and causing more problems than when you started. He spent an entire hour with me and my husband, and we never felt rushed or pressured to go, so he could move on to his next patient.

I met with my primary care physician who referred me to the Traveler's Clinic. It was done in a timely manner.. I could not have asked for a more thorough review and preventative steps prior to travel. My health history and records were reviewed and I received a personal consult and recommendations for medications and treatments while traveling.

They do a great job, are very efficient, have a very little wait time, and I would highly recommend them.

They are very thorough. They have all kinds of specialists. I had received a call one evening at around 8pm and one of our Drs was wanting to let us know about some other possible causes for some symptoms my wife was experiencing. They are very personable and we have been happy with them giving us recommendations for the past 20+ years.

Everything was perfect, and very, very positive! Thy sent all of the date out ahead of time. Tell them all your needs, and they will all record it on the computer so you don't have to repeat that hundreds of times. The appointments were always right on time, and you never have to wait. You see the doctor when you're supposed to see the doctor. My surgery was done and completed. I was out of there in about an hour. Everything was great, and I would recommend anybody that needs surgery or any kind of eye care to go there.
