Went very well, very comfortable with her an her assistant. So much so that I have referred her to 2 neighbors. They were very careful, asked about how I want things cleaned, what type of cleaners to use, she made recommendations for how she would clean certain areas of the house. She is very respectful, friendly and seems to be very honest.
Even though the price is higher than I am use to paying, but new to this area, I liked her so much that we are having her come on a regular basis now.

Absolutely perfect service! She's totally trustworthy - she has a key to our home and we trust her with everything. We've been using her for about 6 years. She makes our house as clean as a whistle!

Sometimes it's a crew that comes out to do the job and sometimes it's just Mary. I pay them every two weeks when they come out. Mary is very thorough, reliable and trust worthy. We will use her services again in the future.

The job has gone very well as I have had her continue to clean for me even after my surgery and rehab was completed. I look forward to Mary and her helper, recently her husband Andy, coming every week. In addition to doing the cleaning, they both do other little jobs for us, such as replacing the A/C filters that require getting our 10 ft ladder from the garage. Andy has replaced a light bulb in the kitchen which also required the 10 ft ladder. On another occasion, they moved a heavy television from one end of the house to another for us. My husband also asked them to use a power washer on our driveway, because a neighbor used to use our drive as his private turnaround.

I will preface this by saying my house was in very bad need of a good cleaning! I live in the desert and have four large hairy dogs, who bring much of the desert in with them. No question this was a big job. Mary was very pleasant and professional, came out and walked through my house first to give an accurate estimate. While I was at work while she and her crew were there, she would call me and let me know she was there, I felt she was very reliable and dependable. Overall, though, the quality of the work was very inconsistent. Some detail work was done amazingly well: the vent above the microwave, the microwave itself, ceiling fans...things I didn't really expect to be done were sparkling. But then other areas were untouched; corners that had dirt in them, etc. I understand, especially with the initial visit, that because the house was so dirty they couldn't get to everything, so before the next visit we agreed that I would mark with tape the areas that had been missed. While some of them were attended to, many were not, including such basic things as dusting walls and cleaning bathroom countertops. Also, I didn't realize until a few days later that the glass in a small picture frame had been cracked, and a small copper stand for another frame was gone. These weren't big deals, but it's the principle of the thing. Honestly, I would have continued using Mary, as I said some things were done beautifully and she is very pleasant to work with, but for the price I couldn't justify the inconsistencies.

"I 'm very dissapointed to hear about your neg-feed back, we worked so hard to get your home cleaned as we scrubed on our hands and knees and some of the dirt/stains did NOT wanna come out . There was tons and tons of dog hair/sand/dirt n ect all over .I believe all things got done per your request . As far as the brass picture frame missing and broken glass frame ? I'm not sure what you're talking about YOU NEVER said anything to me about that , we have talked on the phone few times after the cleaning took place..Also when we met in person you didnt have any complaints and most importantly I'm hurt here same day I went to Chase Bank to cash your check you gave me and Bank teller responded this account has been closed, you gave me a BAD check ,I wish best of luck and hope you find a new house keeper that will service your needs .Thank you, Mary"

I have been using her for a couple of years. She is dependable, which I truly appreciate. She very good at what she does. I think she is reasonable and she brings her own cleaning supplies. I would recommend her.

"I gave the client an aprox estimate for 1st time cleaning b/c the home is 4,000 s.f. It hard to tell how long its gonna take depending on clients needs/wants & we don't wanna rush thru so things can get broken or damaged . There was me (Mary) on job site and two other workers we worked at client home for almost 4 hours cleaning non-stop thats is close to 12 hrs of work for 3 people for $210 .It came out to $17.50 per hour minus chemicals,insurance cost,gasoline,taxes,employees .. I trully feel the client got a very very good deal. I charged the client per the job NOT per hour .Usually the hourly rate is $25-30 per hour . I feel my prices are very reasonable compare to other cleaning company's. I have many excellent references (Most clients are not members of Angies List) and they're very happy/blessed with my services. I'm very sorry to hear you felt you over paid. We listed our house for sale and needed it to look perfect for prospective buyers. We hired Mary to clean weekly. The house has never looked better, and I am certain that Mary was a major factor in the house selling after only one week on the market. Mary is a European lady, and she cleans as if it is her house. She is meticulous and very detailed. There just aren't enough words to praise her work.
