Mark Key

I'm a DIY'er and curious by nature so I watched Mark's work. He didn't cut corners and paid attention to little details like compaction around the lines so they won't fail in the future. He had to tear out my valve box and replace a leak from my main line connection at the valve box. Not easy work in 90 degree weather. I will definitely call Mark to do work I can't on my system in the future. Very pleasant to be around even though he was always focused on the task at hand.

Mark Key is polite. He knows what he is doing. I have not had any issues with the work he did since he provided the services. I have no issue with the price. His service was impeccable. When I called him when I realized that my timer was off he was back over at the house probably 25 minutes after that. He doesn't live too far away. He is on time. He is very professional.

Mark came out to the house, easily ad quickly fixed the valve. He came with a large commercial truck with plenty of supplies. I have no experience in irrigation, but Mark made quick repair work and capped off another pipe. He was patient and took his time to go over options on how to add more zones. He gave me an estimate for future work. He honored an Angies list coupon. The experience was pleasant, would use again. Stated labor rate up front.

The valve problem was not an obvious fix so his experience paid off in finding the problem and correcting it.

This is the second or third time I have used Mark. When I call him and explain the problem, he tries to diagnose the issue over the phone. If it's a relatively simple problem, he has explained to me how I can fix it myself. He's extremely honest, professional, gets down to work right away, and does high quality work.
