house cleaning
 + -1 moreCame 4 hours late and left both bathrooms still dirty. When I inspected the rooms and showed them where things were still visibly not clean, they made excuses such as "we don't use bleach" or "we can't wash the walls because we might hurt the pain". What cleaners don't use bleach or at least something else that gets things as clean (i.e. steam)? They wouldn't wash the walls because they "might hurt the paint" even though I specifically asked for this as part of the service. If they couldn't do this they should have said so upfront so I could have the opportunity to hire other cleaners.
Description of Work: Hired to clean two small bathrooms.
