MacBook Pro Battery Replacement

See Above!  My son had called earlier to determine what the estimate would be.. his first impression was that Paul was about 100% more professional and nicer than the other company's representative.  Everyone in the store was very friendly, helpful and nice.  I would recommend this place to anyone needing assistance with their Apple computer.  Thank you MacMedia

They replaced the hard drive in my MacBook Pro twice, both times to get a bigger hard drive.  Both times the computer had to be brought back in because it stopped working.  I never really got an explanation for what happened but apparently it was some kind of software glitch.

Also, over the past several years I've tried to purchase additional computers from them (MacBook, iMac, etc) and literally could not get them to return my call.  I don't understand how a company stays in business when a customer calls up, says he wants to buy a computer that is really tweaked out with all the bells and whistles, and they don't even call the guy back.  And this happened not once, not twice, but three times!  Finally, bought the computers at Mac Mall - better service, they call you back and no sales tax.

I'm a big believer in supporting local businesses but a customer can only go so far before he gives up.

VERY TIMELY NEXT-DAY SERVICE. MARK THE TECHNICIAN CAME WITHIN THE 2 HOUR WINDOW GIVEN. ALTHOUGH CHARGED FOR ONE HOUR OF HIS TIME AND EXPERTISE ($110.00 PER HOUR), HE ACTUALLY STAYED LONGER AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD.

I WAS DESPERATE WHEN I CALLED MACMEDIA. I HAD ALREADY SPENT MONEY TAKING MY COMPUTER IN TO COMP USA - WHERE THEY COULD NOT FIX IT AND CHARGED ME ANYWAY. I CALLED MACMEDIA AND THEY SAID TO JUST BRING IT DOWN. THEY KEPT IT OVERNIGHT AND WERE ABLE TO FIX IT AND MORE IMPORTANTLY SALVAGE ALL MY WORK FILES. I PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY AND IT WAS AS GOOD AS NEW. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF HELP WITH THEIR MAC COMPUTER.
