 + -1 moreALL CURTAINS WERE CUT TOO LONG, THEN THEY CUT 3 CURTAINS TOO SHORT AND HAD TO COMPLETELY START OVER. THE EMPLOYEE CHARGED ME FOR THE REWORK AND AFTER I COMPLAINED, THE MANAGER WAIVED ALL REWORK COST AND APOLOGIZED FOR THE 2 HOUR WAIT.

WE HAD CREATED A PLAN USING THEIR CABINETS AND SIZES TO THE FRACTION OF A INCH. THE RETURN PLANS WERE NOWHERE NEAR WHAT WE WANTED AND THE PRICE WAS MUCH MORE THAN OTHERS IN THE AREA FOR THE SAME INSTALLATION.
