A few issues but they corrected them promptly.

After a few delays, the work was performed to my satisfaction.

On November 9, 2016 Daniel, one owner of Liberty Tree Experts, came to the house to discuss the work. At that time Daniel gave me a written job estimate and marked the trees to be removed by his crew. Then on November 15, 2016 the Liberty Tree Expert 3 person crew, Jay, Santiago, and Juan arrived at 7:30 a.m. to do the work. Nathan, the other owner of Liberty Tree Experts, came and went over the details of the job again agreeing to thin and crown 3 fruit trees in Spring 2017 (the substitution for the 4 person crew) instead of a partial refund. The 3 person team was very thorough and accomplished all work specified. The crew cleaned up the entire yard before leaving. There was one small problem that occurred during the job. A large branch of one of the Texas Ebony trees chipped one tile overhanging the neighbors' roof. However Nathan took care of the problem by replacing that chipped roof tile. Now the neighbors and I are very happy with the tile replacement and no Texas Ebony trees to fall or drop vegetation on the roof. I have included the before and after photos of the tree work. It was a great job!

He crew was very professional and friendly and they refused to leave unless I was happy with the work completed.

I am a repeat customer and Liberty's professionalism and quality of work is consistently good. Their pricing was a little lower this time due to the winter season. Each time I have used Liberty Tree Experts, I learn a little more about proper pruning of my trees.

Daniel gave Excellent service! They even came back when I requested that one tree be cut back even further- they went over and above to make certain I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them.

They were super prompt with answering messages via the AL system, Daniel was out the next day to give us an estimate (and some advice that we had not gotten from one of the other companies who wanted to charge us a lot more). He was prompt, thorough and answered questions. We scheduled with the office to get the work done. The crew was on time, did a GREAT job, cleaned up their mess (and a bit of ours from some impromptu vine trimming we did yesterday), were super nice. Our cost for this trip was very reasonable. Daniel suggested we wait until March to trim the trees in the back, so they would only need one service, and also suggested a product to buy (for $6) at Home Depot to fertilize them, instead of $700 for injection that another company recommended. So far, so good. They've all been great, from Lily to Daniel to the work crew. Highly recommend speaking to them if you are looking for an honest appraisal of what should be done now, some suggestions about longer term care, and to be treated fairly on pricing. We will have them back in several months to do the back yard.

The crew at Liberty Tree Experts did a GREAT job. I would TOTALLY recommend Liberty Tree Experts again and again! They were fast and cleaned up the gravel of all traces of trimmings (munched them in the mulcher). Scheduling was sooo easy! So, for trimming two very large, overgrown trees, removing large branches and great, quick clean-up ( in the middle of JULY!) all for just under $300! Great! We had previously had hives removed that still had bees hanging around. No one wanted to do anything as long as they were there. Nathan, the owner and his crew came right in and took care of everything. What a relief!

They did an excellent job. They were very professional and took their time to inform me what they were going to do before work and during the job. They were nice and cleaned up everything very well. They were also very reasonably priced. I would hire them again.

I'm very pleased with the results. Importantly, the bid from liberty was $400 less than two other outfits. The work was done on schedule and the workers were friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went well. These guys do good work

They arrived on time. They removed the trees and grinded the stumps. During the whole process, they were cleaning up the debris. They made a barricade of sorts to prevent the sawdust etc. from flying into the pool. I saw them skim the pool at least twice while there. When they left, you would never know we had trees there or that they were cut down. We were very pleased with their service.

They arrived at the time they said they would, and we're in and out fairly quickly. The were also friendly and professional.

Liberty did a good job. They arrived on time. The crew size was appropriate for the job, which took a couple of hours. They took away all of the trimmings and raked the gravel. You would never know they were there other than my two big Palo Verdes now look great. Also the crew was very helpful explaining things.

They were honest, fair, informative, and interested in doing a good job. I am happy to use them again.

I was very pleased with the consultation and the actual work. One reason I hire someone to cut my trees is to get a chance to discuss my particular trees with an expert looking at them. Daniel took his time and gave me a wealth of information. The crew came and did a great job. I felt comfortable asking for specific limbs being cut and they took their time to save the thicker mesquite limbs for firewood. They really cleaned up the place better than it was before they got there. I have used a few other firms and always had mixed feelings afterward. I will be using these guys again for sure.

Daniel was polite and prompt and knew his trees. Their bid was fair and so the work was scheduled for the following week. The crew was great on site. Nathanial walked the property, talked about what I wanted and what he thought was best and then he and his crew went at it. A couple of hours later and the trees looked great. Tree work is both an art and a science. A great Arborist and crew can make a huge difference in both the look and the health of your trees. These guys were professionals all the way around. They arrived on time, worked quickly and cleaned up. The trees look fantastic, they are healthy and our HOA is happy. Will definitely hire them again.
