When I spoke with the Arborist at Liberty Tree Experts, I explained my concern about the over-hanging pecan tree branches falling on my house. He seemed very knowledgeable so I accepted the bid and hired them to do the job. Two weeks later, on Saturday, August 1, 4:30am, a large over-hanging pecan branch Liberty should have removed, came crashing down, causing extensive roof damage. Liberty did not complete the job they were hired to do. Very disappointed.

It went very well! They were on time, had reasonable prices, followed instructions well, and leaned up well after themselves. I would highly recommend them to others.

Afraid high winds would eventually cause damage to our condo or surrounding condos in our complex, we received bids with/without use of a crane for removal since our patio HAS NO ACCESS EXCEPT THRU HOUSE. All branches would have to go across our roof and over our 5 skylights. One expert with years of experience said for the price we were quoted, he would choose a crane as well since he would have to charge $1000 to hand cut and remove over roof. The project was completed quickly after 1 clean cut at the base and removed over the roof secured with 3 harnesses. The base is now a ground level plant base. No fuss, no mess! Team cut it up and hauled it off from the front of our unit. Would use Liberty Tree again without question!

A fantastic job was done on thinning the grapefruit tree branches. However the orange tree was not done the same way. They said since that tree faces south and west without much protection from the sun, it wouldn't be good for the tree. But I still have the problem of not being able to harvest much of the fruit because branches are in the way of the picker! I was advised to paint the tree trunks for sun protection. Others tree services didn't do this. Also did a great job cleaning debris!

Daniel was had the knowledge about the front tree, since we didn’t know what it was. The palm tree that we needed to get rid of was right against our block fence and he knew exactly how to deal with it. We are new homeowners so he gave us 20% off! There were 6 workers and done in an hour.

I called 3 different tree trimming companies and was very impressed with Liberty Tree Experts. Their bid was in between the other two, but we chose them because they were so knowledgeable about all different types of trees. We have numerous trees (including some very tall ones) so they suggested that we use their daily rate instead of paying for each tree individually. This saved us a lot of money! A crew of 3 or 4 came and spent all day trimming everything on our property and it looked great. Would definitely use them again!

Liberty Tree Experts did an amazing job! We had Daniel out to look at our Sissous that needed removal and was given a quote on the spot and followed up the following day. The office staff is very professional and friendly. The removal crew was on time and quick. We had a new gate put in prior to getting the trees out so they took the time to put a tarp over it to ensure there was no damage. Would highly recommend them!

Good job cleaned up and were pleasant

I set up an appointment for two days later, and Daniel punctually came over and immediately identified a disease for one tree, and gave me advice on how to treat it, since there's enough I can do before an expert needs to do anything. He also noticed that my irrigation lines were far too close to the trunks, causing other problems. He told me the distance from the irrigation lines should be, and told me the heads were the wrong kind. He also told me my watering cycle wasn't appropriate. He left me with a to-do list which I was easily able to take care of myself, without charging me a cent! He also told me if the disease doesn't approve to give him a call. I'm so happy that I've found an honest tree service and won't hesitate to contact them again. Please, if you need a tree service, call these people!

Hired them to trim large Mesquite tree in front yard. When they left there were long tendrils that should have been removed. They sent a large crew with a chipper and were done in 40 minutes. The sales person I dealt with was very nice but there was no follow up. Don't know if I would use them again even though I clicked yes, more like we'll see.

Within a week my trees were pruned and look great! I had seen Liberty Tree Experts in my neighborhood and I'm so glad I got their number - would definitely hire them back!

These guys take care of the details and pay attention to my special requests. I have lived in Phoenix for 20 years. In the time, I have gone through a number of different companies and I have never quite been happy. There has always been something not quite done like I asked or some corner cut. I have had Liberty Tree out to do my major trimming the past two years and both times I have been very happy when the work was done. I spend a lot of time working on my backyard and it's nice to see a company that takes pride in their work like I do in my own yard. When Daniel comes to do the quotes, he always answers my long list of yard care questions that have been building up over the year. Even my neighbor has come over twice to thank me for the great job they did. I just saw the yard from their side and I have more appreciation for their work.

It went well. Had a few cancellations and reschedules but they were accommodating in making sure I was taken care of.

After several delays, the palm is gone. The crew cleaned up very well.

Very nice, The entire crew mad a great effort to get anything that dropped to the ground to the truck. A blower was used to get all the small stuff in piles and picked up.
