AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS, THE POOL CLEANER IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. LESLIE'S APPLIED THE $160 THAT WE HAD SPENT ON THE OLD CLEANER TO A NEW SYSTEM. IT WAS A VERY FAIR TRANSACTION.

THE TECH WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS. HE LEFT A BIT OF A MESS WITH THE OLD DE; HE COULD HAVE LEFT IT OUTSIDE THE WALL RATHER THAN NEAR MY PLANTS. HE ALSO EVALUATED THE FILTER AND MADE SOME HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS. WILL USE AGAIN.
