Al from Leisure Time coordinated the replacement of my pump motor housing very effectively with AHS ensuring that I got it replaced promptly. No small feat since the prior company that came out characterized the situation completely differently and got my coverage denied! (I asked for a 2nd opinion, which is when LT came out). I would use them again in a heartbeat.

1st visit. The representative from the pool company showed up and did not do any diagnostics. He bled the air out of my pump circuit, told me to bypass my skimmer basket and vacuum plate and run the pool cleaner directly out of the wall. I explained to him that I have run the current configuration for several years without the current problems I was having. He just said that is what he is going to recommend and left. I called the Home Warranty back and asked for a new company or at least a different representative.
2nd visit. The same pool guy showed up and noticed that I had purchased a new vacuum plate to replace the one I had previously. That one was worn badly and the gasket was leaking, I attributed some of the power loss to this, but after I replaced it, saw no improvement and then tried running the cleaner directly from the wall I went and bought it on my own. He said I didn't need it, i should run it front the wall. He also said I needed to change my sand (I changed it twice in the last 6 years) and that there might be a clog in the suction line. He advised us to call a company like Paddock Pools. He never made a legitimate attempt to diagnose the problem with the cleaner and pump system. His advice to simply bypass a part of the system was unacceptable to me, and he refused to listen to my wife's or my concerns.

They were fairly prompt as home warranty repair people go. They had to order the part and that took a good week. One of the servicemen did not have a good attitude, but the other one was fine. So far the pool has been working.

Leisure Time Pool Service was contracted through my home warranty program. I received a call to set up my service time and the technician showed up within the window they gave me. He fixed the leak I was having and went beyond the scope of work to look at an issue I was having with my water feature. He was extremely helpful and provided advice for self servicing. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them.

Al from Leisure Time visited the house. Before, after, and during the project he did everything right. He called before coming and accommodated my schedule. He made sure he had the part on his truck. This is much more convenient saving another seam for me. He checked out the whole system and made sure the repair would work well. He offered a 50% discounted part that was refurbished which is very practical for a pump. He put in a lot of extra time to make sure everything would work well, and it did. He was also polite enough to call after the weekend to make sure everything was working. I am pleased to find such a contractor that has showed me one for one time reliability, communication skills, good pricing, reduced hassles for me, and is thoroughly knowledgeable about what they do.

Al did a great job and excellent service. Previously the heater was seen by a technician selected and sent by the Home warranty company. The technician spent a short few minutes looking at the control and said that it needed a new control board (expensive part). But then in the report sent to the warranty company it was written that the the knobs were "forced past their stops". The Home warranty company then denied the repair due to not "normal wear and tear". Al saved me the money on a new control board and also found the stops in the present control board still in working order. Evidently the previous technician sent by the warranty company lacked some knowledge as well as customer service.

Perfect service. Everything was great. Al was courteous, he knew his stuff and his follow up was fabulous. It's a really well run business!

THEY CAME OUT AND SURVEYED THE PUMP AND FILTER AND REPLACED IT WITH A TOP OF THE LINE MODEL IN RECORD TIME. SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE TO NEW POOL OWNERS.
