I wanted to upgrade this home for increased value. Was able to remodel kitchen, complete minor repairs thought-out & replaced my flooring as well. He was abler to refer me to excellent product providers and work with me on designs.

Lance was always on time and fulfilled his commitments. Not very talkative, but always answered questions whenever asked. Ensured personally that all tasks were done to proper standards. I.e. outlets, plumbing, structurally sound. Price good.
