Started with the web site for a quote, with one hour received a phone call from Lacey. The quote was the actual cost. I spoke to Kiwi on Monday and the appointment was made for Thursday of the same week, had a two hour window, tech Randy came on time. Randy explained the process and was very knowledgeable. Asked when the sofa and chairs were cleaned last and how did take care of the furniture. Pleasant smell to the cleaning solution (mentioned that it was Eco friendly) Sofa and chairs look great- was dry within an hour-look on the web site for coupons-I missed this.Six locations in TX

Good customer service. Easy to call and schedule appointment as they have your info in their system. We have used them 3 times for both our rental and primary home. Very reasonably price. Quick and efficient carpet cleaning techs. Does a nice job of cleaning carpets.
