+ 6 morePretty much on time and in budget. I never realized how difficult it is to coordinate the different trades including concrete, tile, plumbing, electrical, dry wall and painting. I hope he and his associates are around for some time.
Description of Work: We met Pete Kaeppllinger on a referral. He must be doing something right because we have accessed him and his associate as carpenters and then him as a general. We have used him to build a gate, modify a deck and Pete as a general to remodel two bathrooms with re-pipe, tear down and rebuild a garage, re-pipe and modify the kitchen, and will in the future to rebuild a porch. This has spanned a over a year. Pete has in my opinion an outstanding sense of pride and a network of professionals who take pride in doing it right..

+ -1 moreThey finished in great time. He even gave me money back because it didn't cost as much as he originally thought. They did a terrific job. They were neat and clean. They vacuumed every day to clean up their mess.
Description of Work: Whole house of windows were replaced. 20 total windows in all. Put up my old blinds.

+ 0 moreThey did a great job! I had a competitor come out for an estimate and they charged me to come out and say they couldn’t complete the project! They specified the door frame wasn’t something they could work with. However, the experience with this company couldn’t have been more different. They were able to reconfigure the door frame so a standard door could fit without issue. I received great service overall! I’m considering them for additional work to replace the windows in my home.
Description of Work: He replaced a front and storm door. This including staining as well.
