JUSTIN TIME POOL SVC

While acceptable for a couple of years, Justin apparently began farming out his clients to other pool maintenance services. Our house was a rental, so I was rarely there, but one day last year I ran into someone from another service cleaning our pool, who explained that he was there "for" Justin. Justin later confirmed this arrangement. The service declined over the last year, and I was unhappy with how long he would take to address concerns. Finally, I had to terminate the service when I noticed that the pool cleaner bag hadn't been emptied and the cleaner itself was broken and not even moving in the pool, which I considered their responsibility (to notice and either repair or tell me about.) From the condition of the cleaner and the pool, and the timing of my visits to the house to observe the pool condition, it appeared to me that no one was making much of an effort to keep our pool clean.
