Just Call Judy Cleaning Services

Wow, talk about being 1,000% wrong about a service.  We hired Judy about six months ago to handle routine and pre-visit cleaning of our 4BR/3BA home.  Initially, Judy and her team did a nice job.  Cleaning was good, not spectacular, but decided that her availability outweighed what I considered to be a middle of the road cleaning job.  About three months ago, they cleaned the house and said that everything that was needed to be done got completed.  Turns out, dirty sheets were put back on beds and a number of things never were completed.  An angry phone call was followed up by Judy coming out with her team and redoing everything that should have been completed the first time.  This was an ignored red flag on my part, but I do give folks the benefit of the doubt.  Flash forward and we scheduled the service for 12/23, prior to some guests arriving.  Zero return calls (or texts) to confirm.  Crew showed up, set off the alarm and left.  Zero work done.  Numerous calls to Judy.  Crickets.  Nothing.  Crew lead called.  Said we needed to reschedule.  Told her we need it cleaned for guest arriving in sixteen hours.  Said she call me back in twenty minutes.  Crickets.  Nothing.  Won't even answer her phone or text messages.  Stay away.  Unprofessional.  By way, I own three other houses and have had the same cleaning people at each location for over seven years.  Never, ever any of the Just Call Judy issues.

I liked them very much. They did an excellent job. Very good. The cleaning turned out great.

Judy did an exceptional job. She is personable, courteous, and very professional. She is also dependable and trustworthy. Her teams do a superb job cleaning the house. I am very pleased with the service. The rates are affordable, as well.
