FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. ON SITE GRILLING MEANT ALL MEATS FOR THE FAJITAS WERE HOT AND JUICY. RAN OUT OF VEGETABLES FOR THE FAJITAS FOR THE LAST 5 OR SO PEOPLE THROUGH THE LINE, BUT HAD PLENTY OF MEAT. SET UP AND CLEAN UP WERE ON TIME AND WELL DONE. THE SERVER AND CHEF STAYED OVERTIME TO ENSURE WE DID NOT HAVE MUCH TO DO ONCE THEY LEFT. VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. WOULD REQUIRE EXTRA VEGGIES, FOR THIS TYPE BUFFET IN THE FUTURE.
