The performance of their network was absolutely terrible. Jabba is supposed to be providing and maintaining internet access via their local WiFi network at the Royal Coachman RV Resort in Nokomis FL, The network access is inconsistent. It only works maybe half the time and it doesn't matter where in the park you are located. Their support is only available on a callback basis. When their tech support calls you back, they say that you should be able to access their network but that they can't really do anything to fix the problems. After all, Jabba is in Arizona and the tech support works from home and the RV park is in Florida, so actually their aging WiFi network sits untouched since they took this service over a while ago. The resort owners need to get rid of this remote network provider and hire someone that is more local and more committed to providing adequate and consistent service!!

I’m not sure how they have been in business more than a month. I’m constantly kicked off the WiFi. Not exaggerating, probably 20 times a day, I have to resign into my account. Even while I’m using the WiFi. It’s extremely slow. And I live right next to their antenna. I get a message saying I have too many accounts logged in at once which isn’t true. I’ve called to receive help and the customer service is terrible. They need to be shut down, if not allowed to service RV parks. It’s false advertisement 100%. I’m paying for services I am not receiving.

Jabba is a major ripoff. We pulled into an RV park and their WiFi worked the first day--long enough to sign up with them for a month. The service quickly deteriorated. I could see four different WiFi radios on my computer, but couldn't connect to any of them. It wasn't just slow -- I couldn't connect. Called customer service. The tech eventually said he'd have to "send it to higher support". They called back after almost a week. We'd been there for almost two weeks with no internet. When the higher level tech found out we were only there for another two weeks, he said it wasn't worth fixing. Called again and asked for a refund. The agent said he couldn't issue a refund, he could only cancel our service. He would have to send my request to billing and they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. They never called. The agent did tell me that the higher level tech had noted that we needed an outside antenna which would cost a $75 service fee. At least tech was honest when he said it wasn?t worth fixing. Don?t trust Jabba. It?ll work until paid for then it quits.
