 + -1 moreWork last fall was punctual and professionally done. We were so pleased that my wife called this year for annual service. He said and quot;Is it working now?and quot; When she said yes, he said and quot;Then there is nothing I can do. Call me when it's not workingand quot;. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe he doesn't do annual service work. Maybe he was very busy. We expected better treatment. Last fall he was great! This year he lost a customer with five minutes on the phone.

They were prompt and the service person was informative and helpful, quick and did a good job.They kept me informed all along the was about the price and what maintenance should be done, and what mantenance I might choose to do.

 + -1 moreMy ac quit at the end of the season and I was not sure about the heat so based on a friends advise I called Jerry, he and his son, again Jerry, showed up and went to work.They found a bad capacitor for the ac and replaced it , they checked the heater and said only a cleaning and new filter was required. they put in a new filter and so far so good. I guess what impressed me the most was there was an opportunity to sell me who knows what and all it cost me was a call and a capacitor. Great folks to visit with and watch.
