They did the work real good. They had a person actually listening to me. Installed it with the down draft instead of the side draft. He got covers and everything to it.
He said and quot;Is it working now?and quot; When she said yes, he said and quot;Then there is nothing I can do. Call me when it's not workingand quot;.
Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe he doesn't do annual service work. Maybe he was very busy. We expected better treatment. Last fall he was great! This year he lost a customer with five minutes on the phone.
