Avoid this company at all costs. 4 years we have been stuck with them because they installed our original system with builder. They are horrible to deal with. Takes weeks to schedule a service call to do anything. Our Control 4 locked up last week and i had to plead with them to look at it. Tech finally came after a week. He used his PC to reboot it. Came back up. $75 for a trip charge and $90 1 hour minimum service charge. Ridiculous to be nickel and dimed by them when we paid so much for their garbage in the first place. You have been warned. HORRIBLE
