Traditional Tile Roofing Installation and Replacement
My roof project was completed in a timely manner with respectful employees who provided daily updates on the progress of the project. During the sales pitch and pre contract agreement, my sales person was up front about the work and provided a timeline of the project. Our new roof looks wonderful and has since been tested with several storms and our roof has held up. Our old roof have several rotted pieces of ply wood that the workers showed me so I was up to date on the work being done. I have great confidence that this will be a one time project.

In-Ex designs just did your roof and we are so happy!!!! They took care of our home during the work and covered our pool to limit the dust/ debris going in. They were quick and their team was amazing. I found out from my neighbor that they went to her house and offered to clean her back yard from the dust. I was so impressed and that was very classy & professional!!.

Daryl, his project manager, and team did a fantastic job on my full roof repair. Daryl came out quick after initial contact for a consult. Was not pushy and very informative. He gave me a very fair bid and I know from my other neighbors having had them do their roofs that they had quality workmanship.
Minor issues with the clean up process but Daryl was VERY quick to rectify the small issue and I was VERY pleased and impressed with the overall project, communication, and speed of work.
Would recommend to anyone needing roof replacement or repairs.

Scott Lynn was paid $12k cash to replace my roof. He was advised upfront that the previous owner had just place a second layer of shingles on top of the old roof so my home owners insurance no longer would cover the roof. After signing the contract Scott Lynn came back and said upon inspection I would need to pay an additional $4k for the second layer that needed to be removed. This was the concern that prompted me to have my roof redone. I told him that prior to his "inspection" that was nothing more than him setting up to climb up and back down. As a homeowner telling you upfront the reason my roof needed to be replaced, for him to come back and say it was over looked during his inspection? I later found out her did not even run the contract through his company. I called the office manager she advised me there was no record of my address on the contract on file. So the 30 year warranty the was in the contract was void. He later admitted to pocketing the cash and lost it all with his mutual business partner (Owner) Teri Morris at the casino. His approach to save me money by paying cash was just so he could pocket the money. Unethical and i'm sure i'm not the only one that was sold a warranty roof, in which case was never warranty so he could pocket the cash. I would not recommend doing business with this company and if you already have call there office provide your address if they have no record of the job, you probably fell victim too. June of this year i received a deceptive email stating after almost a year after having my roof replaced by this unethical company what was said to be al confirmation of the warranty. i contacted there main office as well as the supplier. The owner Teri emailed me and it is not a valid warranty. I paid in cash for a "deal" confirmation again the money was just pocketed by scott and teri and not ran through the companies books. I'm now seeking litigation. No one returns my calls I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. To send me a fake warranty that hold no value. Then to think after all the hassle i wouldn't go back to verify it's valid. Is an insult to my intelligence scott lynn and teri morris do not know how to run an ethical professional business. They scan homeowners pocket money for person gains. Sad! I will update this review as time goes on. I've witness heard and seen enough this could potentially go as far as a class action lawsuit. I'm not the only victim!

Daryl was very professional, thorough and easy to work with. The team was very efficient, courteous, and on top of things. They were on time, always leave the job site clean after each day. They completed the job within the promised time frame. I am well-informed what what to expect and what to be done. Very satisfy with Daryl and his team. Highly recommend!

InEx Roofing is the best. Mr Scott Mackey is the best example of a professional contractor. Mr. Mackey is an expert that proved my insurance wrong and it's only because of his expertise and not giving up that my roof replacement was approved. Insurance companies are difficult to work with but through the entire process he returned every call answered every question and always reassured me my roof would be installed. InEx Design is a great company and Mr Scott Mackey is the best at InEx Design. 1000% recommend InEx Design and Mr. Scott Mackey.

Daryl, Johnny and the rest of the crew were great. Arrived on time every morning and when they finished for the day the work site was cleaned. They even skimmed to pool to make sure there was no debris . The project took 3 1/2 days and we couldn't be happier.
