Description of Work: Tenant improvement - medical practice Initial bid much lower than other contract bids. However, time to complete was only supposed to take around 3 months, and it took much longer for completion. It actually took around 6 months, or longer. In addition to the length of time issue, there were other issues that cost more than the original bid based on Imagine Builders management of the project. They were hard to get in touch with once we discovered the issues. There was no responsible person managing the job site resulting in multiple break-ins. To the subcontractors, Imagine Builders blamed us for issues. We will never use Imagine Builders again for any tenant improvements.
