Everything was well organized and timely. In fact, they were a little early finishing the projects and a little under budget. They gave a 25% off coupon.
The finished DVD's are packaged in a very attractive holder with your title on the spine and facing cover. It also shows small pictures taken from the enclosed DVD. It makes a very nice gift.

Everything was well organized and we were kept in touch with what was happening. If they said something would take 3 weeks they seemed to be done in 2 weeks. If they gave you an estimate over the phone on cost, the final bill was less. They gave me a 25% coupon off on processing the film. They gave me 20% off on making the DVD's.

They were very quick. I got them back quickly. You can go online if they are taping them for you and edit them how you wanted them printed on a DVD. The picture quality was great and they put in music. I had about twenty reels. They were eight millimeter reels but you pay by foot and I had nine DVDs done in the end.

They protect your original VH. They have a real good way of getting the tapes by mail wherein they send you a kit for mailing and where it is tracked. They're a really good company. I was very pleased with them.

They were prompt and did the job quickly. They did each film individually, gave them to me separately, and let me put them together myself, which was really nice. Their website is a bit hard to use though. They gave me the option of getting the digitized files back. I had to pay for the service, but they did send me a Flash drive with the digitized files on it. I would use them again.

They were able to take my father's old films and put them onto discs for me. It was very easy to use them. If I had any questions they replied to me right away. I never felt lost during the process. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the services.
