Description of Work: Converted from 8mm video tape to DVD.

Description of Work: We had a large box with 44 3" Super 8 home movie reels and 2 7" reels shot in the l960's and l970's that we have wanted to put on DVD's for years. I checked companies on-line and decided on imemories because of the ability to edit your films on their website. I found the company very professional and easy to work with. The people who staff their (800) phones are very patient and pleasant. You are emailed with every step in the process like when packages arrive and are sent back. We found the editing online a little challenging. You have 30 days to do your editing and then there is a $5.00 charge for each added month. Our cost would have been much less if we had just had the film transferred to DVD without editingI. However, we were able to divide our film over 5 different DVD's depending on subject and people included. The quality of the movies on DVD was very clean and clear. The total cost included the 5 DVD's plus 5 extra copies as gifts.

You are emailed with every step in the process.We found the editing online a little challenging but it was very easy to appoint different film to different DVD's. We divided our film over five subjects and groups of people. Our cost would have been much less if we had just had them transfer all film directly to all DVD's but we liked having a specific DVD for each child and the cousins. The quality of the DVD's is very clean and clear. The total cost included the five DVD's plus 5 extra copies as gifts

Description of Work: I used I Memories for video duplication services probably about a year ago. They are on the internet. They transferred old reel tapes to DVD.

Description of Work: For our video production, we used iMemories online to convert CHF to digital. It's a website. We used it last year but I still have stuff stored in their website, the actual originals. And you pay four bucks a month to keep it there.
