HRH CONTRACTORS called at approximately 9am and said they were in the area and would arrive shortly. My initial thought after the conversation was that I was putting this person out and I had ruined his day by giving him actual work to do. His 'in the area' turned out to be an arrival over 2 hours later. It was a father/son combo. The son came into the house first. After telling him our problem, he stated that he would speak with his father and then troubleshoot the issue by looking at the wiring in the attic. Enter the father 30 seconds later. I repeated to him what I had told his son. He automatically stated that it was the microwave causing the problem and that it had to be run on its own circuit. Having had my electrician brother-in-law already look at the problem, this was one problem I already knew had to be addressed. Problem was that we were also having issues outside of running the microwave. The father went on to explain that he knew what the problem was and that it would involve cutting our walls and part of the ceiling out to rewire the house at a cost of $1000 which would not be covered by the home warranty, period, end of story, no discussion. This 'troubleshooting' all happened without either of them ever looking at the wiring in the attic, at the breaker box or completing any other form of diagnosis. When I questioned his lack of troubleshooting, he argued with me, got angry, turned and left my house. End of story. On a side note, the repairs were completed for under $200 and without wall having to be cut into by another vendor. Run, stay, away . . . do not give this company any business.
Description of Work: HRH CONTRACTORS was sent by my home warranty company to troubleshoot a problem in my new home which was causing several breakers on the main panel to trip. The trouble was never investigated, worked on or fixed.

After searching for a quite a while, he said he needed a part and would come back. He never did. A day and a half later, I called and left a message that I did not want them to return. I was able to get another company that found the problem and corrected it.
Description of Work: I lost power on the back end of my house. I called them to locate the reason and correct the problem.
