"I have just gone online to get company registered with Angies List and see this negative report against us. I have researched this name and address and have no record of a contract existing with an (Member) nor at the address given in Higley... I believe this to be an erroneous complaint.. There was an individual working under the name Hop Cassidy Pools and filed a cease and desist against him some time ago. This report was filed in 2004 and we were unaware of it. We look forward to providing Angie's List clients with quality workmanship and excellent customer service."
