Josh was outstanding in every way. His knowledge of the refrigerator to be repaired was excellent. He was patient and professional in showing me what exactly was not functioning properly. The parts were ordered and the fridge repaired the next morning. His pricing was appropriate and reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and will be using him again for future repairs.

Josh reached out to me very shortly after my work request was made. He was professional and knowledgeable and completed the repair as well as gave me advice about some of the other appliance maintenance in my home. i am pleased with the work he did on my Samsung dryer!

If you want your appliance fixed right the first time, call them immediately! I went without a fridge for 2 months as another company made matters worse and told me I needed a new fridge to the tune of $15,000. Josh swooped in and saved the day. He did not give up and diagnosed, treated and had my fridge up and running right before Christmas. I havenâ t seen customer service like this in YEARS!!!

Josh is a remarkable tech. Out of all the 12 appliance repair companies I called, he was the only one who said he could help me. He is extremely efficient and worked assiduously to remove the top of the fridge, which was uptight against the ceiling. If you are reading this review, strongly consider his services because he is prompt, friendly, and quite knowledgeable regarding appliance repair. They advised over the phone what they thought the problem with the microwave was and were correct. Came out and fixed it right away at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Really fast service (next day including purchase of disposal) and very professional and personable installers.

Josh was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up replacing our microwave because after his 3rd trip out, and all the trouble shooting was done, it was determined it wasn't worth fixing. We spent more money trying to fix a 3 year old appliance than what we paid for it, so we cut our losses and bought a new one. This time, we got an extended warranty!

He is very knowledgeable about the issues I had and helped pick out and replace the garbage disposal that was malfunctioning. He also addressed a drain line for the dishwasher that attached to the disposal. His estimate was accurate and more than fair for the work done. Homeward Appliance came to my house to see if there was any hope for my Island Range Hood Fan. I had previously called the Kitchen Aid repair service and they said that the fan motor was broken and could not be replaced or repaired. I was lucky enough to find Josh at Homeward. He took the blower fan off the unit and took it to a motor repair service. They rebuilt the blower and Josh came back a reinstalled it in my range hood fan. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to find Homeward Appliance Repair. I can once again actually cook in my kitchen with out smoke!.... I will be using Homeward Service again!
