As a veteran leader for over 26 years in the field of real estate, Brent Sullivan specializes in residential mortgage banking with a professional background in commercial and residential real estate sales. Presently, Mr. Sullivan is a senior loan officer with Homeowners Financial Group, an award winning Arizona mortgage banker that is ranked as the Top 5 Mortgage Bankers, the number one “Best Places to Work” recipient as well as an ACE Award Winner, as sanctioned by the Arizona Corporation Commission. Mr. Sullivan has achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, (CCIM) and is a member of the very select group of all residential and commercial real estate professionals. Brent is a member of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers (AAMB), National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and consults for the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in Chicago. As a frequent speaker at local, regional and national real estate conferences, Brent has earned the Competent Toastmaster designation (CTM). Brent is a graduate of Boston College. An all around athlete, Brent is a former nationally ranked freestyle skier and has taught skiing in the Bavarian Alps, U.S. west coast and New England. He is a certified in-line skate instructor, scuba diver and enjoys 4-wheel drive expeditions. Mr. Sullivan’s forte in mortgage banking is his impeccable integrity, expertise in the marketplace as well as his service standards.

Very quick to get things going at first, but then failed to follow through when things got a little more difficult than the average client. Got the impression they were more interested in fast, easy money rather than providing professional and responsible customer service.

Mike Fassel from Homeowners Financial Group was a joy to work with to obtain a mortgage loan to purchase our home. He made the application process simple and streamlined. This was the fourth home my husband and I have purchased and this was by far the easiest process we have every been through. Mike stayed in constant communication with us throughout the process and made it easy on us every step of the way. There were no surprises as Mike had prepared us for how the process worked. It was a waste of my time and Michelle Beyer that was doing it had other things to do. I feel like she kept putting it off and putting it off. She said that she would have it together by the next week after I submitted my information.  It was one excuse after the other. When I got the email they told me I didn’t qualify and that they questioned my reasoning for the short sale. I feel it was unnecessary to put in personal comments.
