"I have owned Helping Hands for 18 years. I love my business & my customers I have carried the same insurance company also for 18 years, not one claim until [member name removed]. We have made mistakes over the years we touch thousands of things weekly errors are bound to happen I reimburse any legitimate damage we cause immediately as I would have with [member name removed]. Her Master bed needs a latter to get on bed. Bed coverngs are White probably $1000 bedspread and linen pillow cases, beautiful. We had cleaned this home for about 2 years, our system is to dust wood that is not accessible to reach unless it is a spring clean or customer requests lemon oil. Rosa is the home cleaner for [member name removed]’s home. Rosa has been with me for at least 10 years. One of my very best cleaners. Her customers love & trust her. She would have to climb up on this perfect bed and then she could not reach headboard. We do not spend enough time in this home to apply any product to this large headboard. The Headboard is always dusted only and for the Kitchen chairs – they are in the kitchen and we do not clean the kitchen. When I visited the home I told [member name removed] we only use natural products and chemical free cloths. She said she did not know how that mattered. We use special cloths with lemon oil if we clean wood ONLY. We certainly did not have time to run into kitchen and use a caustic product on kitchen chairs. Rosa doesn’t go off or cleaning system or else she would never be able to keep her schedule with her regular daily customers. I could not see any damage to [member name removed]’s furniture when I visited, if I did I would Have had requested an estimate and paid for damage immediately. I am a very caring and dedicated business owner. My business is growing very fast every year because we do take care of each and every customer. In the 18 years I have owned the business our BBB record is A+. [member name removed]’s complaint started last year and today 4-14-15 she went to Angies List with her complaint also. What do you do when you are lied about over and over about your dedication and honesty & customer service. The girls are always telling me how much customers tell them about how kind I am. I am dedicated to taking care of each and every customer. I pay my girls a living wage they receive $20 per hour not what most companies pay $10 if they are lucky. IN 18 years very few errors and Every Customer has been taken care of with no insurance claims and a BBB+ rating. [member name removed] is WRONG. I offered to pay 40% very reluctionally best of her character assassination of me & because we did not damage her furniture Then of course she asked for 60%. I do hope people who read this review see that companies do come across situations and people who are out of the norm. it is very difficult to not stand by the truth even it harms my business. I could have just paid [member name removed]. But we did not damage the furniture & it would have said we did. I am moving on in growing my business with my Higher Power beside me. Sincerely, Brenda"
