He did not solve my problem. The faucet was dripping and he tried to install a new cartridge in it and it didn't work. He was very polite, very nice, came on time. I didn't have any problems with him.

He spent two days here and helped us in so much. He was just absolutely so helpful and he would do anything. If he saw something that needed to be fixed, he just fixed it without us even having to say anything to him about it. He was just wonderful.
